Technical Product Owner - Privacy & Consent Management (OneTrust)

Digital & Technology Team (D&T) is a division of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center focused on digitalizing and integrating processes, technology, and data-driven culture. The Commerce DevOps Hub in Kraków is part of the Global Digital & Technology function, responsible for maintaining and developing IT solutions for the Commerce area at Heineken.

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or Technical Product Owner in a high-growth tech environment or large-scale digital transformation.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Background as a Software Engineer, Technical Architect, or Systems Lead to challenge technical estimates and understand architectural trade-offs.
• Proven experience delivering impactful digital solutions within a global, matrixed organization and managing dependencies across multiple teams.
• Experience transitioning from a BA or senior technical role into leadership or ownership.
• Understanding of privacy technology rather than legal policy.
• Experience implementing OneTrust.
• Knowledge of GDPR and consent architecture.
• Experience with API integration.
• Strong governance and platform thinking.
• Ability to balance compliance with user experience.

• Own and maintain the global roadmap for OneTrust capabilities.
• Ensure privacy capabilities are embedded into all Digital Consumer Engagement products.
• Lead implementation of global platform governance standards for consent, cookie management, data retention, and preference management.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to integrate consent into CDP, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Platforms, Consumer Identity, and Analytics.
• Translate changing privacy regulations into technical capabilities.
• Maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog and make trade-off decisions between new features and technical health.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across a global matrixed organization to align product vision and execution.
• Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies and lifecycle management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog and SDLC tooling.
• Use product experimentation and data-driven insights to optimize product performance.
