ETL Developer

BlueSoft is an innovative Software House belonging to the Orange Group. Established in 2002, it currently employs over 1000 engineers skilled in more than 200 technologies.

• Minimum 3 years of independent experience as a data engineer or ETL developer working with large data volumes
• Practical knowledge of Apache Airflow for designing, writing, deploying, and managing workflows (DAGs)
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases (Oracle or SQL Server), proficient in optimizing queries and programming in PL/SQL
• Experience with or readiness to quickly learn Informatica MDM technology (training provided in the first 3 months)
• Analytical approach to problem solving and clear communication of technical ideas
• Proficiency in Git/GitLab and understanding of CI/CD processes with good practices and design patterns
• Higher education degree, preferably in computer science or related fields
• Knowledge of data management and data quality principles
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum model
• Good command of English

• Creating efficient and scalable solutions for the central banking system's customer data area
• Developing and maintaining reliable data pipelines including building DAGs in Airflow that extract, transform, and load data into target systems
• Configuring and integrating solutions based on Informatica MDM to ensure data consistency
• Writing clean, optimal SQL and Python code, implementing tests, and creating clear technical documentation
• Monitoring running applications, promptly addressing errors, and continuously improving existing processes
• Participating in project meetings and translating analytical requirements into concrete technical solutions
• Creating and maintaining up-to-date technical product documentation
