Workday Technical Specialist

Motorola Solutions is seeking a dedicated Workday Technical Specialist to join their HR Technology Team in Kraków. The role focuses on designing and building Workday integrations and collaborating with multiple enterprise systems. The position involves supporting global collaboration across NA, EMEA, and APAC regions.

• Deep expertise in developing, deploying, and debugging complex Workday Studio integrations.
• Proficiency in building and managing EIB (Inbound/Outbound), Core Connectors, and Custom Reports as a Service (RaaS).
• Expert skills in creating Composite Reports, calculated fields, and combining unrelated data sources.
• Proven ability to configure and optimize multi-step Workday business processes.
• Expertise in configuring Workday security groups, domain security policies, and user-based models.
• Experience with data technologies: XML, XSLT, XPATH, and JSON for integration mapping and transformation.
• Strong understanding or experience with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM) for documentation analysis and process automation.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools for integration and functional validation.
• Strong business analysis skills translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Proven mentoring and knowledge transfer abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with HR and Finance stakeholders.

• Build, deploy, and maintain complex Workday Studio integrations connecting enterprise systems with external providers.
• Design and implement new Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) integrations for data import/export.
• Configure and develop Workday business processes to automate and streamline HR workflows.
• Create and maintain advanced Workday reports including Composite and Matrix Reports.
• Construct and manage Workday security profiles and models.
• Mentor and train HR Tech team members to enhance technical expertise.
• Serve as Business Analyst working with HR clients to define scope and technical specifications.
• Develop QA unit and system test plans and execute testing.
• Manage production deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of solutions.
• Collaborate globally during overlapping USA business hours with teams in NA, EMEA, and APAC.
