QA Architect

Industry leading provider of software and AI solutions for the temporary staffing, cleaning services and personal security industries.

• At least 10 years of experience in QA including 3+ years in a similar role
• Hands-on experience building frontend test automation frameworks from scratch (e.g. Playwright, Selenium)
• Hands-on experience building backend test automation frameworks from scratch (e.g. RestSharp)
• Experience designing and configuring CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab
• Familiarity with consumer-driven contract testing and tools such as Pact
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably both AWS and Azure
• Solid knowledge of Git, including defining effective branching strategies
• Proficiency in C# and willingness to learn TypeScript, Python, or Java
• Experience creating PoCs for test frameworks and automation solutions
• Ability to design project test strategies and customer test policies
• Experience conducting QA project reviews and driving process improvements
• Experience preparing testing estimates for end-to-end project delivery
• Experience mentoring and supporting QA team members
• Good understanding of software architecture patterns and their impact on testing strategies
• Experience designing and executing testing activities in Agile environments
• Comfortable working in AI-native engineering environment using Specification-Driven Development frameworks such as OpenSpec
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to travel when required
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher
• German language skills considered a strong advantage
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit required

• Designing end-to-end test strategies covering automation, manual, functional, non-functional, and all testing levels
• Selecting automation tools, creating PoCs, and presenting pros and cons
• Setting up test automation frameworks, implementing testing processes, developing automated tests, leading QA activities, and preparing test estimations
• Conducting QA reviews, analyzing testing processes and automation frameworks, preparing reports, presenting findings, and recommending improvements
• Working across multiple projects with 2 to 6 months typical engagements
• Managing time between projects by mentoring QA engineers, researching QA technologies, collaborating with international teams, driving improvements, supporting QA engineers, and contributing to presales activities
• Using AI-powered engineering assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to enhance software delivery lifecycle
