Junior Product Owner

Spyrosoft is recruiting for a Junior Product Owner to work on driving the creation of software products across domains including robotics, manufacturing, and consumer electronics. The role involves collaborating with senior product managers, engineering teams, UX, and client stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

• At least 1 year of experience in product or project management
• Familiarity with software product lifecycle
• Very good English communication skills (B2/C1 level)
• Hands-on familiarity with AI assistants
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to explain technical topics to non-technical people and business context to engineers
• Structured, detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity

Nice to have:

• Exposure to domains of robotics, manufacturing, or consumer electronics

• Own and maintain the product backlog: write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize against product goals
• Translate client and business needs into clear product requirements including scope, edge cases, and assumptions
• Join and support client meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and follow up
• Build product presentations, prototypes, demos, and status updates tailored to technical and non-technical audiences
• Support product discovery through competitor and market scans, user and stakeholder interviews, and synthesis
• Track delivery progress, highlight risks and dependencies, and align stakeholders on timelines
• Use AI tools daily to enhance product management workflow

Candidate must be based in Szczecin, Wrocław, or Warsaw, Poland.
