The position is for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join the Process Simulation & Analytics team at Ework Group, working remotely for a pharmaceutical industry client focused on aseptic manufacturing. The team develops a modular analytics platform with products such as statistical process monitoring, cross-site inspection dashboards, and tablet-based shop-floor assistants.

Wymagania

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI, product design, and user research delivering digital products.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including interaction design, high-fidelity prototyping, component libraries, and developer handoff.
  • Proven track record planning and conducting user research with operational or industrial users, including field interviews, contextual inquiry, and usability testing.
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design methods such as personas, journey mapping, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and mapping complex processes with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills to explain design decisions and build alignment.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, confident in communication and facilitating workshops in remote international environments; Danish is an advantage but not required.
  • Experience working closely with software engineers to translate designs into implemented products.
  • Comfortable working in a feedback culture with constructive critique.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in industrial/manufacturing or regulated industries (pharma, medical devices, GMP).
  • Experience with design systems, component libraries, and developer handoff tools (e.g., Storybook, design tokens, Figma libraries).
  • Experience working in agile/scrum and using Azure DevOps.
  • Prior experience designing for tablet/shop floor interfaces.

Obowiązki

  • Lead end-to-end design: user research, ideation, prototyping, and visual & interaction design using the Design System.
  • Discover and validate high-value problems, map processes, and define features.
  • Translate user insights into scoped product concepts, feature sets, and clear developer requirements.
  • Deliver high-fidelity visual and interaction designs in Figma consistent with the Design System, including component specifications, states, and accessibility considerations.
  • Create clear developer handoffs including annotated screens, acceptance criteria, and interaction specs for reliable UI implementation on tablet and web interfaces.
  • Run field research and workshops with operators, technicians, process engineers, and managers to capture real needs and validate solutions.
  • Map user flows and process interdependencies respecting upstream/downstream constraints.
  • Design analytics and dashboard experiences.
  • Work closely with product managers, software engineers, chemical/mechanical/process engineers, and data engineers in cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate clearly and adapt style for various audiences from shop-floor operators to senior leadership.
  • Advocate for user-centred decisions using data, prototypes, and clear recommendations.
  • Iterate quickly incorporating constructive feedback to drive adoption.
