Technical Business Analyst

EBIS is a dynamically growing Microsoft Partner specializing in Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence solutions. They design and deliver modern data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, and the Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Azure AI Services, Copilot technologies, and Generative AI solutions. Their focus is on building scalable analytics foundations enabling organizations to leverage AI securely and business-oriented.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Consultant, BI Consultant, or similar role.
• Experience in IT, Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Cloud, LLM, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile delivery.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and facilitate discussions with business and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Microsoft Fabric knowledge.

• CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Cloud architecture knowledge.
• Experience as a Data Engineering developer, BI developer, or technical consultant.

• Lead client workshops and discovery sessions.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document, and prioritize business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Create user stories, process diagrams, specifications, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Business, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and BI Developers.
• Translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Support solution design, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Guide AI vision and transformation initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to project implementation and delivery activities when required.
• Build Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Develop SQL queries and data models.
• Support Data Engineering activities.
• Work with Microsoft Fabric and Azure services.
• Participate in DevOps processes and CI/CD initiatives.
• Contribute to software development and technical implementation tasks.
