IT Analyst for Analytics Enablement

Nordea is a banking organization where the role involves working with stakeholders across the bank to understand expected outcomes and support delivery of IT solutions based on business requirements. The role is based in Poland, preferably in Gdynia or Gdańsk, with alternative locations in Warsaw or Łódź.

• Implementation of AWS SageMaker in collaboration with data scientists
• Communication skills
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipeline, and big data
• Knowledge of SQL and Python

Nice to have:

• Implementation of model monitoring and MLOps capabilities
• Integration of AWS SageMaker model output with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises solutions
• Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms
• Knowledge of Spark/Scala

• Act as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure delivery of high quality IT solutions
• Help design advanced solutions around data and analytics
• Work closely with stakeholders across the bank to understand outcomes and elicit business features
• Manage delivery dependencies towards other teams and organizational units
• Work in an Agile environment as part of a cross-functional agile delivery team
• Maintain a strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset
• Work with complex end-to-end solutions and processes
• Quickly grasp new technologies and ask the right questions
• Communicate fluently and work with business users
