Senior System Analyst (SQL | Oracle | Data Integration)

This role is within one of the largest organizations in the financial sector, specifically focusing on systems supporting risk management. The team develops solutions based on data integration to support business and IT collaboration.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as System Analyst or Technical Analyst.
• Experience in system analysis, integration design, and data flow modeling.
• Very good knowledge of SQL (Oracle) and experience with databases and data warehouses.
• Ability to analyze data models (ERD), design data mappings, and work with large data volumes.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database, Python, Apache Spark, Hadoop, REST API, JSON, XML, and Git.
• Experience preparing analytical documentation for development teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect.
• Strong communication skills and independence in conducting analyses and proposing solutions.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the financial sector, especially risk management.
• Knowledge of Airflow, Docker, or OpenShift.
• Familiarity with UML, BPMN, and tools like SQL Developer, SQL Developer Data Modeler, Draw.io, or Visio.

• Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design changes in systems, integrations, and data flows.
• Analyze data sources and design source-to-target mappings and data load processes.
• Create analytical and technical documentation including data models, flow diagrams, and developer specifications.
• Analyze large volumes of data and collaborate with architects, developers, and administrators during design, testing, and deployment.
• Verify proposed solutions by preparing Proof of Concept (PoC).

Work modality: Hybrid, requiring 6 days per month at the office located in Warsaw, Katowice, or Krakow.
