IT Delivery Manager

The position is for an IT Delivery Manager to join a client operating in the insurance industry, focusing on delivering strategic transformation initiatives. The role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills.

• Experience in the insurance industry (must-have)
• 5–10 years of experience as an IT Delivery Manager, IT Team Leader, or Product Owner
• Experience working in a technology-driven environment (IT / financial services)
• Technical background
• Hands-on experience working with Agile teams
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1)
• Strong ability to collaborate with both business stakeholders and IT teams
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and IT infrastructure

Nice to have:

• Experience in transformation or digital transformation projects
• Agile and/or Product Management certifications
• Experience working in an international environment

• Lead and support project teams in delivering solutions aligned with business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Product Owners, business leaders, and external partners
• Gather business requirements and plan, coordinate, and oversee project delivery
• Manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and task prioritization
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions
• Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects supporting the organization's strategic goals
