Wymagania

  • 3+ years in software engineering or related roles with exposure to payment systems, backend services, or data pipelines
  • Strong SQL skills and experience writing standalone scripts
  • Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code and Open AI
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend services
  • Experience with Node.js and TypeScript is a plus
  • High autonomy and accountability in fast-moving environments

Obowiązki

  • Design, develop, and ship internal systems and automation that eliminate operational toil
  • Build and maintain reconciliation infrastructure aligning Wingspan's ledger, bank records, and transaction data at scale
  • Develop monitoring and alerting systems to detect funding health issues and payment anomalies in real time
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Finance to identify operational patterns and improve platform reliability
  • Share knowledge, participate in code reviews, and identify opportunities to enhance engineering culture and automation
