• Experience with SharePoint Online (M365).

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 stack: OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot/AI capabilities.

Nice to have:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102).
• Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204).
• Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400).
• Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900).
• Design and build SharePoint solutions using SPFx.
• Development skills with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph.
• Integration experience with 3rd party systems (e.g., ServiceNow, CRM, HR systems, APIs).
• Build automations using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).

• Act as 3rd line escalation for complex SharePoint issues.
• Lead SharePoint 2019 to Subscription Edition upgrades.
• Manage and support SharePoint Online (M365).
• Ensure platform performance, security, and reliability.
