Solution Architect (m/f/n)

Client's project for one of the EU institutions located in Warsaw.

• BSc or higher degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software development.
• At least 2 years of experience in software architecture for large-scale enterprise systems.
• Proven expertise in service-oriented architecture (SOA), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and microservices architectures.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems including event-driven architectures, with experience in Apache Kafka, GraphQL APIs, and Redis.
• Ability to define architectural standards.
• Experience mentoring software development teams.
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Defining and maintaining the solution architecture: designing overall system architecture and translating requirements into scalable and secure solutions.
• Designing system interoperability and integration: defining interfaces, ensuring interoperability across distributed systems, selecting integration patterns and technologies.
• Leading architectural governance and technology selection: establishing standards and best practices, evaluating technologies and alternatives.
• Supporting system planning and software development: estimating development activities, analyzing existing systems, contributing to solution design and change management.
• Producing technical documentation and providing technical leadership: preparing documentation and presentations, communicating decisions to stakeholders, mentoring teams.
