• Willingness to learn SIEM and EDR technologies.

• Learn to use SIEM technologies to investigate security alerts.
• Study and monitor third party tool sets in client environments to identify security threats and incidents.
• Assist engineering teams in creating and modifying alerting rules in the SIEM.
• Communicate regularly with clients through various methods to ensure operational awareness.
