(Senior Fullstack Engineer (Angular/Node.js)

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in developing their business by creating software that enables faster change and better results. Their activities include technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Very good knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and Node.js
• Practical experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, ECS, and proficiency in AWS CDK and Serverless Framework
• Good understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure (containers, virtual machines)
• Experience designing and developing systems based on event-driven architecture
• Practical knowledge of RabbitMQ or other message brokers and streaming technologies is a strong asset
• Very good knowledge of AI tools supporting programming and ability to effectively use them daily (experience with AWS Kiro welcome)
• Ability to write high-quality, readable, and maintainable code
• Proactive approach and readiness to suggest technical and organizational improvements
• Very good command of English enabling collaboration in an international environment
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or production domains is welcome

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI-related technologies
• Knowledge of CA (presumably related to cloud or container architecture)

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and Node.js
• Design and implement serverless solutions with AWS Lambda, S3, ECS, CDK, and Serverless Framework
• Design and develop scalable systems using event-driven architecture and message-based communication
• Collaborate on infrastructure design and deployment using containers, virtual machines, and cloud services
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as AWS Kiro to increase team productivity
• Cooperate with an international product team developing platforms for the industrial sector
• Participate in occasional trips to Finland or Norway (1–2 times per year)
• Deliver services fully remotely
