Node.js Backend Developer

The team is distributed across Warsaw, New York, Stockholm, London, and Berlin, with an office in Warsaw.

• 3+ years experience with impactful contributions
• Strong problem-solving skills and passion for clean, efficient code
• Proficiency in system design and architectural decision-making
• Proactive attitude thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
• Confident English communication (B2 level) for discussing complex technical concepts
• Team player comfortable with respectful discussion and critical thinking

• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance backend services
• Work within the microservices architecture, handling both maintenance and greenfield projects
• Optimize, maintain, and continuously improve existing systems while building new features
• Take ownership of solutions from concept through deployment and ongoing maintenance
• Collaborate with PMs, QAs, and other developers to create the best user experience
