Project Manager MFA

ITFS is the hiring company for this role.

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects, including complex technological projects
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Practical experience managing IT system changes and implementations in large matrix organizations
• Practical knowledge of MS Project and MS Excel
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, experience in projects related to IAM, infrastructure protection, or regulatory compliance
• Broad technical knowledge and deep understanding of IT
• Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies, and tools Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical issues for non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to coordinate work of development, infrastructure, security, architecture, maintenance teams, and external suppliers
• Experience managing risk and budget in technology projects
• Experience managing projects with internal and external clients
• Experience managing technology suppliers and enforcing contractual obligations
• Ability to identify and coordinate dependencies between projects, teams, and technology components
• Requirement to provide services from Poland

Nice to have:

• Higher technical education (computer science, automation, mathematics, econometrics or related)
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe

• Lead and supervise IT project execution, focusing on technological domains
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, maintenance teams, architects, security, and business stakeholders
• Participate in procurement of services and software
• Coordinate preparation and agreement of non-functional requirements concerning security, performance, capacity, and monitoring
• Prepare and verify management documentation including budgets, schedules, and project registers
• Plan project team work and report project statuses within the organization
• Operationally manage suppliers in projects and enforce contractual obligations
• Report project status to management using dedicated management tools
• Monitor progress, manage technological risks, budget, and schedule
