Comarch specializes in the ERP sector and is seeking a Product Management Lead to take responsibility for the strategy and development of their ERP products.
Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in IT product development with successful outcomes
- Leadership experience managing Product Managers or as Team Lead/Mentor with proven success
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in business and product data analysis
- Strong product drive and ability to motivate and lead a team
- Business maturity, assertiveness, and comfort with ambiguity
- Practical knowledge of Agile and Product Management practices including roadmapping and product lifecycle
- Understanding of software engineering and UX
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
Obowiązki
- Build and lead a strong team of Product Managers, setting directions and fostering a high product culture
- Define ambitious product vision and make strategic product decisions supported by data
- Manage priorities, translating complex business needs into clear, measurable product goals
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, sales, and marketing teams
- Define and monitor product metrics (KPIs) and foster a data-driven work culture
