Python Developer - MyDr (100% Remote within Poland)

MyDr is a team of new technology enthusiasts who have built from scratch and continue to develop advanced programs for Electronic Medical Documentation and comprehensive clinic management. The flagship product, MyDr EDM, is used in over 10,000 clinics including those contracted with the National Health Fund (NFZ). The company, founded in 2017, leads the Polish medical software market with fully cloud-based EDM solutions.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on web applications.
• Experience with Python, Django, and PostgreSQL.
• Use modern AI tools (LLMs, agents) in daily engineering tasks to accelerate development, debugging, and documentation, applying a solid engineering approach to verification and quality.
• Comfortable working in a small team, managing processes, taking initiative, and making decisions.
• Proficient in English both spoken and written at B2 level or higher.

• Create software applications used by thousands of users.
• Build new functionalities based on the medical market needs in Poland and globally.
• Work in a dynamic team with broad architectural and business decision-making authority.
