Product Manager

The Codest is an international technology company headquartered in London with technology hubs in Poland. They specialize in web applications, cloud solutions, system maintenance and development, and software quality assurance. They have experience developing their own product, Yieldbird, recognized in the Deloitte Top25 ranking. They currently support companies in product development and technical team expansion, working with transparent communication and real impact.

• Several years of experience managing digital products and executing medium-term strategic goals (6–12 months).
• Ability to define product problems and measurable business outcomes.
• Practical understanding of Machine Learning-based products and collaboration with Data Science and Engineering teams.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives based on KPIs and business value.
• Experience managing stakeholders and working with management and executive staff.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve discovery, analysis, and product decision-making processes.

Nice to have:

• Experience in AdTech or products related to ranking and recommendation systems.
• Experience developing products based on experiments and A/B testing.
• Collaboration with platform teams responsible for data and Machine Learning solutions.
• Knowledge of auction-based monetization mechanisms and related business dependencies.

• Lead the product through its entire lifecycle from discovery and problem definition to implementation and business impact assessment.
• Manage the product roadmap considering business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and business teams to execute product initiatives.
• Define KPIs, prioritize the backlog, and make data-driven decisions based on experiment results.
• Build shared understanding of product goals and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
