Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) Process & Solution Expert/Specialist

Link Group is hiring an experienced finance professional to lead global finance transformation initiatives, focusing on standardizing and optimizing Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) processes within SAP S/4HANA environments.

• 15+ years of experience in Finance Process & Technology.
• Strong end-to-end knowledge of Invoice-to-Pay processes, including invoice processing, approval workflows, exception handling, vendor management, and payment processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), Intelligent Capture, and SAP Concur.
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programmes.
• Participation in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Experience managing multiple projects or transformation portfolios.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within international, matrix organisations.
• Fluent English.

• Own and develop the global Invoice-to-Pay process and solution landscape.
• Drive process standardization, optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead multiple transformation projects, ensuring delivery against scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external implementation partners.
• Design and implement scalable SAP finance solutions supporting end-to-end I2P processes.
• Participate in the full SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle, including solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Manage project governance, risks, escalations, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead cross-functional teams, providing coaching and technical guidance.
• Bridge business requirements with technology solutions to ensure successful delivery.
