Project Manager (US hours overlap)

Virtusa provides software and data development support, acting as an extension of clients' teams to ensure scalable, high-quality software products and data tools. This position involves working on a project for a client in the igaming area.

• Strong background in project management with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
• Proficient with project management tools such as Excel and Jira (must-have), Clarity and PowerBI (nice to have).
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial forecasting (nice to have).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent English at C1 level.

• Manage resource planning and cross-functional teams.
• Utilize project management tools including Excel and Jira.
• Present analytical data and track monthly KPIs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Operate in a fast-paced, changing environment.

An adjusted work schedule is required to accommodate U.S. business needs, including overlapping hours outside the standard 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Poland time schedule.
