AI Adoption Manager

We are an e-commerce platform and a network of travel agencies offering a wide range of travel products. Since 2015, we have been part of Wirtualna Polska Holding – Poland’s largest group of media and e-commerce companies. Together with Travelplanet.pl and the Invia brands across CEE, we are building a unified travel group driven by a shared #TravelMindset.

• 5+ years of experience in change management, internal communications, L&D, or similar roles involving organizational behavioral change.
• Proven leadership in internal transformation or adoption programs.
• Experience working with C-suite and senior leadership, comfortable presenting to boards.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive behavioral change across teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT), including prompt crafting and workflow design.
• Solid understanding of the AI landscape and its business relevance.
• Digital fluency and ability to independently evaluate AI solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (minimum C1 level).
• Experience tailoring messages to diverse audiences and facilitating public speaking and workshops.
• Strong data literacy for adoption metrics and data-driven decision making.

Nice to have:

• Experience in tech or e-commerce environments.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience designing or delivering digital learning experiences (LMS platforms, e-learning tools).
• Background in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or community management.

• Co-design and deliver AI training for selected non-tech groups, including workshops, e-learning modules, playbooks, and role-specific learning paths.
• Recruit, train, and retain a network of AI Ambassadors across all business units to promote AI adoption locally.
• Own and continuously update the company-wide AI Knowledge Hub on SharePoint, including playbooks, prompt libraries, guides, and use-case galleries.
• Define and report metrics reflecting real AI adoption, usage frequency, and business outcomes to leadership.
• Design and implement interventions to boost adoption in lagging areas, such as campaigns and ambassador sprints.
• Maintain active AI momentum through newsletters, success showcases, lunch-and-learns, demos, and board briefings.
• Act as a strategic partner to department heads piloting AI in their areas.
• Monitor new AI tools, use cases, and industry benchmarks continuously.
• Collaborate with AI Enablement Lead, Technology, Security, and Legal teams to ensure policy-compliant AI adoption.
