Senior Product Analyst

• Proven track record in independently delivering complex analytical projects that drive product or business decisions
• Advanced mastery of SQL, including optimization of high-scale analytical queries and automated metric pipelines
• Proficiency in Python-based analytical workflows with reproducible and version-controlled data analysis
• Expert-level competencies in experimentation, including A/B testing design, statistical interpretation, and recommendation framing
• Experience translating strategic goals into structured analytical frameworks and delivering clear conclusions to senior stakeholders
• Extensive experience defining, validating, and governing product KPI sets
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted analysis tools with analytical rigor and traceability
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Openness to occasional on-site workshops in Warsaw

Nice to have:

• Experience in AdTech, marketplace ranking, or recommendation analytics
• Practical experience in causal inference methods beyond standard A/B testing
• Experience mentoring analysts and setting analysis standards in multi-team environments
• Familiarity with cloud-native analytics stacks on GCP

• Provide expert analytical leadership for strategic product questions within the ML Scoring domain
• Translate complex product hypotheses into robust analytical frameworks
• Deliver actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Develop and maintain a decision-quality analytics layer to enhance product prioritization, experimentation quality, and KPI governance
• Participate in on-site workshops up to 1-3 times per quarter in Warsaw

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
