Business Analyst, TRA Transformation

HSBC Technology Poland is hiring for the Transformation team, focusing on implementing Group Strategy and making change a sustainable competitive advantage within the financial services industry.

• Strong functional knowledge of Risk Engines, Monte Carlo Simulation, Pricing Models, and Risk aggregation.
• Strong functional understanding of Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) Data and Controls.
• Expert knowledge of Global Transformation Business Transformation Frameworks, methodologies, and best practice techniques.
• Strong knowledge of the external environment including regulatory, political, and competitive factors.
• Business re-engineering knowledge and advanced business analysis, requirements gathering, and design techniques.
• Advanced change management and implementation management techniques.
• Proven track record as an outstanding analyst or consultant with financial services industry knowledge.
• Extensive experience using multiple analysis techniques in business, operations, and technology projects.
• Experience in business case development and understanding of design enablers supporting business benefits.
• Strong experience delivering change across various banking environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing large and remote teams, with leadership and motivational skills.

• Manage and execute analysis activities within priority programmes, guiding teams on Requirements Management and other analysis tasks.
• Oversee Change Management activities, including planning, audience analysis, communications, training, and support.
• Track change readiness, adoption, and feedback to ensure successful implementation.
• Plan, control, and report on the implementation of change products, accelerating benefits and minimizing risks during deployment.
• Work closely with the Project Management Office, Process Consultants, and Business Consultants to meet project demands.
• Anticipate and manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and represent stakeholder interests.
• Identify and analyse complex problems, generate feasible solutions, and lead brainstorming meetings.
• Facilitate stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use understanding of Group strategy and external market environment to inform business decisions and create competitive advantage.
