Product Designer, Coordinate

Asana is a company on a mission to design the future of teamwork with millions of teams using their platform globally. The Coordinate team focuses on building core workflows for organizational work management, evolving the experience for collaboration between humans and agents. The Asana Design team is diverse and collaborative, combining research, data insights, and peer feedback to produce human-centered designs central to the product's power. This role is based in the Warsaw office with a hybrid schedule.

• 5+ years of experience in product design
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality interaction and interface design work
• Skilled in driving a human-centered design process with solid rationale informed by research and data
• Experience designing and shipping web, desktop, and/or native mobile applications
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and leverage AI tools and emerging technologies
• Creative problem-solver embracing divergent and iterative design methods
• Customer-centric mindset to elicit and synthesize non-obvious customer needs
• Embody openness, curiosity, and a growth mindset

• Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for Asana products and features
• Partner with cross-functional partners to identify customer problems, establish vision, set strategy, build and ship solutions
• Champion product excellence and elevate the quality bar for the experience
• Contribute to Asana's design system and ensure cohesive experience across products
• Facilitate and role model human-centered problem solving and foster co-creation
• Learn new methods to solve complex problems to deliver customer benefits like flow, efficiency, and engagement
• Help shape intuitive, elegant products with a unified voice

The role requires working in the Warsaw office on a hybrid schedule with standard in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, option to work from home on Wednesdays, and conditional work-from-home on Fridays depending on work type.
