Product Manager, Adapt

The Product Management team at Asana drives product strategy and execution, focusing on work management tools that enable teams worldwide to collaborate efficiently. The team works cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, Data Science, Sales, Support, and Marketing to deliver impactful solutions. This role supports Asana's platform strategy by building features that help customers structure work and workflows.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including at least 1-2 years in B2B SaaS.
• Strong customer-centric approach with direct customer engagement to understand challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Systems thinker capable of simplifying complex use cases.
• Strategic mindset to provide insights addressing critical customer issues.
• Ability to execute projects with high velocity using MVP and iterative delivery.
• Team leadership qualities to foster morale and share best practices.
• Growth mindset embracing feedback and continuous learning.

• Define and deliver a compelling roadmap to enable customers' end-to-end workflows.
• Synthesize input from customers, user research, data science, and business partners to ensure focused investment.
• Take new initiatives from concept to scale, validating product-market fit.
• Partner closely with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success to co-create cohesive journeys.
• Collaborate across the R&D organization to support other teams in achieving their goals.

Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; option to work from home on Wednesdays, with Friday work from home dependent on role and team.
