Product Manager, Command

The Product Management team at Asana drives product strategy and execution for team productivity and collaboration solutions, defining the Work Management category. This role contributes to Asana’s new product for the agentic software development lifecycle, aiming to innovate for AI-native modern teams. The team works cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science, as well as Sales, Support, and Marketing.

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management
• Background in building environments with complex data models, human-centric UX, and B2B SaaS experience preferred
• Systems thinker comfortable modeling data relationships and facilitating holistic UX flows
• Strategic thinker able to inspire and scope solutions to critical customer problems
• Ability to create, evangelize, and flex product roadmaps
• Customer-centric with deep understanding through research and persona analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Experience mentoring and growing teams
• Growth mindset with openness to feedback and curiosity

The role is based in Warsaw with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday). Employees in Poland are employed under a contract of employment.
