Product Designer, Adapt

The role is within Adapt, a core team in the Platform area that enables Asana to launch an AI- and multi-product future by designing platform foundations for flexible, structured, and extensible workflows.

• 6+ years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality interaction and interface design work
• Skilled in human-centered design process with clear communication informed by research and data
• Experience designing and shipping web, desktop, and/or native mobile applications
• Creative problem-solver using divergent and iterative methods to evolve concepts
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies with willingness to learn and leverage them
• Customer-centric approach with ability to elicit non-obvious customer needs and synthesize research
• Embody openness, curiosity, and a growth mindset

• Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for Asana products and features
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify customer problems, establish vision, set strategy, build and ship solutions
• Champion product excellence and elevate the quality bar for experience and design system
• Ensure design scalability and cohesion across the broader Asana product
• Facilitate and role model human-centered problem solving and foster co-creation
• Learn and apply new methods to solve complex problems to deliver customer benefits
• Help shape an intuitive and elegant product that speaks from a unified voice

This role is based in the Warsaw office with a hybrid schedule: standard in-office days Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, with work from home options on Wednesday and Friday depending on work type. Employees in Poland are employed under a contract of employment.
