Identifying gaps in data management processes and recommending improvement actions supported by analytics and maturity assessments.
Conducting workshops and collaborating closely with representatives from business, IT, Compliance, Audit, and Risk teams.
Building a data-driven culture, developing awareness in Data Literacy and Data Ethics, and supporting organizational change management.
