SAP Concur Functional Consultant with German | Czechia

Deloitte is seeking an experienced SAP Concur Senior Consultant to join their SAP team in Prague. The role involves working with international clients on optimizing travel, expense, and invoice management processes using SAP Concur solutions and contributing to complex transformation programs across various industries.

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur implementations, configuration, and solution delivery.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and advise clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience working in consulting, implementation, transformation, or client-facing project environments.
• Fluent German (mandatory); professional English and native Czech are a must.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with international project teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Travel & Expense Management processes.
• Experience with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or related SAP solutions.
• SAP Concur certifications.
• Previous experience within a consulting or professional services environment.

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP Concur implementation and transformation projects.
• Conduct client workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Translate business needs into solution designs and system configurations.
• Configure SAP Concur solutions and support integration activities.
• Advise clients on best practices and solution adoption.
• Support testing, training, deployment, and change management activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with international Deloitte teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
