Senior Azure Developer (.NET / Python)

The company provides specialist and executive recruitment, employee outsourcing, HR consulting, employer branding, and market research services, combining deep industry expertise with functional specialization across sectors.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure development
• Strong practical experience with Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Management (APIM), and Azure Application Insights
• Experience building API integrations and microservice-based solutions
• Experience working with CRM environments and business system integrations
• Strong knowledge of at least one backend programming language: C# / .NET, Python, or Java
• Experience writing and maintaining unit tests
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently troubleshoot technical challenges

Nice to have:

• Microsoft Azure certifications: AZ-204 (Azure Developer Associate) or AZ-400 (Azure DevOps Engineer Expert)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM platforms
• Experience with Highspot, Pendo, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions and integrations in Microsoft Azure
• Build and support API integrations and microservice-based solutions
• Develop and maintain Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus-based integrations
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing applications
• Monitor, diagnose, and improve production systems using Azure monitoring tools
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Create and maintain unit tests
• Collaborate with technical teams and participate in solution discussions
