Finance Master Data Analyst (m/f)

Our client is a leader in the beauty market.

• University degree or in the course of study with a major in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar area.
• High interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Very good command of English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage.

• Managed vendor master data creation, updates, and maintenance in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Validated supplier documentation, maintained data quality, and managed vendor blocking for inactive suppliers.
• Collaborated with Accounts Payable, Treasury, Procurement, and other stakeholders to resolve vendor master data issues.
• Ensured compliance with internal policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and legal requirements.
• Prepared KPI reports, supported process improvements, and maintained accurate documentation for audit purposes.
