Senior Project Manager

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing IT projects, including complex cross-domain technology projects; M&A and insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Broad knowledge and experience in IT system change projects and implementing changes in large matrix organizations.
• Proficiency in management tools, specifically MS Project, MS Excel, and Copilot.
• Ability to collaborate with Agile development teams.
• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders and work with senior management.
• Ability to manage interdisciplinary teams (developers, analysts).
• Skills in risk and budget management for technology projects.
• Experience managing projects with external and internal clients.
• Focus on business objectives and delivered value.
• Higher technical education (computer science, automation, mathematics, econometrics, or related fields).
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe).

Nice to have:

• Experience with M&A projects.
• Experience in the insurance sector.

• Lead and oversee the execution of IT projects, including coordination of implementations.
• Collaborate with development teams, data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations, legal requirements (RODO, AI Act), and ethical standards.
• Participate in the procurement process for software services.
• Prepare and verify project management documentation, including budgets and schedules.
• Plan the project team's work and report project status within the organization.
• Manage suppliers operationally in projects.
• Report project status to management and participate in strategic reviews.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, budgets, and schedules.
