Senior Embedded Software Engineer

• Programming and development experience involving C and C++ is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Technical leadership in developing embedded systems involving software operating systems and digital hardware.
• Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar Engineering discipline with a concentration in software.

• Lead the design, development, troubleshooting, and debugging of software programs for enhancements, maintenance, or new products.
• Determine hardware compatibility and influence hardware design.
• Resolve complex issues using wide-ranging experience and professional concepts.
• Lead or participate in creation and review of documents, designs, code, test cases, and user documentation.
• Perform unit or functional testing to ensure software operation meets requirements and system compatibility.
• Stay updated with current trends in software development practices, technology, and tools.
• Work with peers and customers to gain cooperation and conduct presentations of complex technical information.
• Establish operational goals and work plans; network with contacts outside own expertise area.
• Maintain accountability focused on customer focus, urgency, schedule performance, and quality.
