Backend Developer [85-130 PLN/h net + VAT B2B]

Deviniti is a company with an Application Development unit of about 80 people focusing on creating, developing, and maintaining custom projects for clients worldwide. The team supports a long-term client in the leasing industry delivering various projects across the corporate client ecosystem.

• About 4 years of commercial experience as a developer
• Knowledge of Java 11+, Spring 5+, Spring Boot 3+, Hibernate
• Experience with Tomcat, JPA, Agentic AI Development/Vibecoding
• Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, MSsql, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, OracleDB
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI
• Experience with Docker/Podman
• Knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins, SonarQube, Git, Gradle, Maven)
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ
• Knowledge of JUnit or another unit testing framework
• Understanding of basic code quality principles (SOLID, design patterns, etc.)
• Familiarity with teamwork practices (code review, pair programming)

Nice to have:

• Degree in a related IT field
• Knowledge of Camunda, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jira, Nexus

• Designing and developing solutions according to the client's requirements described by the analyst
• Collaborating with the project team throughout the entire SDLC
• Ensuring high code quality through code reviews and unit tests
• Participating in collaborative task estimations
• Running workshops with the client and collaboratively developing solutions
• Working in Agile methodologies
• Developing your skills towards a Senior or Fullstack Developer role

The recruitment process consists of 4 stages: CV screening, phone interview, technical interview with recruiter and Architect, meeting with Team Manager, followed by a decision presented about 2 weeks after the interview. Excellent Polish at a minimum C1 level and communicative English at around B2 level are expected.
