Senior Kinaxis Maestro Consultant (f/m)

The team's core collaboration spans Poland, Germany, India, and Brazil with expanding scope globally. The team's goal is to drive the digital transformation of Bosch businesses worldwide.

• Professional consultant experience with hands-on implementation projects designing and configuring processes in Kinaxis Maestro.
• Senior-level expertise in Kinaxis Maestro applications, especially for supply, forecasting, and demand planning.
• Nice to have: experience in systems integration and data mapping.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or related field. Kinaxis certification is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to manage complex issues and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in written and spoken English for effective international cooperation.

• Work on Kinaxis Maestro transformation projects as part of design, build, integration, or deployment teams.
• Design, configure, and develop Kinaxis Maestro solutions to enhance business potential.
• Support gathering and defining business requirements, designing solutions and processes, and creating specifications and documentation.
• Participate in solution delivery, end-to-end testing, problem-solving, and end-user training.
• Collaborate with SAP S/4 HANA projects with emphasis on systems integration.
• Work in agile, multicultural, and cross-functional international teams.
