Senior Mechatronics Engineer (freelancer)

Spyrosoft is a robotics-focused team supporting startups and well-known brands in software development for mobile robots, drones, and domestic and logistics products.

• 5+ years of experience with integrated software/hardware systems such as autonomous vehicles, robotics, automotive, or aerospace products
• Experience designing complex electro-mechanical and pneumatic systems
• Hands-on experience with linear and rotary actuators
• Experience designing machined parts, weldments, sheet metal components, and mechanical assemblies
• Ability to create and maintain detailed mechanical documentation including GD&T, tolerances, and BOMs
• Experience selecting, designing, and integrating sensors into complex systems
• Solid understanding of product development lifecycle, particularly Design for Manufacturing (DfM), reliability, and cost optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level
