IT System Engineer

Netguru is a consultancy, product design, and software development company founded in 2008. It builds digital products for businesses of all sizes, including fintech, healthcare, commerce, tourism, and robotics. The company has nearly 600 employees working globally and serves major brands such as IKEA, Volkswagen, and Keller Williams.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience with Google Workspace administration and configuration, SAML, SSO, and API utilization
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Flexible and proactive approach to tasks

Nice to have:

• Experience with middleware such as Make.com, Zapier, and Slack Workflows

• Ownership and subject matter expert for tools such as: Google Workspace, 1Password, Slack
• Monitoring and security of networks and network devices within the Netguru office
• Updating network systems and managing their life cycle
• Analyzing the organization's IT needs and implementing new technologies, applications, or solutions
• Cooperating closely with IT Operations team members and other departments such as Security and Legal
• Supporting the IT Operations Team Leader in finding IT and Security solutions for business
• Consulting and implementing solutions and requirements from IT, Security, Legal, and Finance teams
• Preparing and updating internal and stakeholder-facing documentation
• Knowledge sharing for IT & Security teams and across Netguru
• Implementing change management processes within the company
• Supporting automation, verification, and process creation for non-technical departments
• Participating in the procurement process for new tools and solutions
• Automating processes and tools for IT Operations and other units and maintaining these automations
