(fluent English) Full-Stack Developer (Python/Java/React)

• 8+ years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with balanced Frontend and Backend skills
• Deep experience with React, with Next.js being a plus
• Significant, hands-on experience with Python and Java managing complex architecture
• Fluent English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken
• Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect UI with attention to detail and strong Figma experience
• Practical experience with WordPress maintenance and customization
• Excellent team player with experience collaborating with developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders
• Growth mindset with ability to adapt quickly, deliver efficiently, and leverage AI-powered tools

• Build, refine, and maintain core features across the full stack, ensuring a polished, high-performance user experience
• Develop and optimize the main application and internal Admin Interfaces, including user management and billing systems
• Implement high-fidelity UI/UX with pixel-perfect execution of product designs
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers, translating Figma designs into code
• Work closely with another developer and QA team to ensure smooth integration and deployment
• Design and maintain significant, secure back-end logic and infrastructure
• Maintain and update the marketing website built on WordPress
• Use AI tools to accelerate development lifecycle and optimize delivery speed
