• 8+ years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with balanced Frontend and Backend expertise
• Deep experience with React, experience with Next.js is a plus
• Significant hands-on experience with Python and Java handling complex and sensitive architecture
• Fluent English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken
• Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect UI with attention to detail and experience working with Figma
• Practical experience with WordPress maintenance and customization
• Excellent team player with experience working with developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders
• Growth mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and leverage AI-powered tools for productivity

• Build, refine, and maintain core features across the full stack, ensuring a polished, high-performance user experience
• Develop and optimize the main application and internal Admin Interfaces including user management and billing systems
• Implement high-fidelity UI/UX, translating Figma designs into seamless production code
• Collaborate closely with other developers and QA to ensure smooth integration and high code quality
• Design and maintain significant, sensitive, and secure back-end logic and infrastructure
• Maintain and update the company's marketing website built on WordPress
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development lifecycle and optimize delivery without compromising quality
