(fluent English) Full-Stack Developer (Python/Java/React)

• 8+ years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with balanced frontend and backend skills.
• Deep experience with React; experience with Next.js is a plus.
• Significant hands-on experience with Python and Java capable of handling complex architectures.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect UI with attention to detail and extensive experience with Figma.
• Practical experience with WordPress maintenance and customization.
• Excellent team player with proven effective collaboration skills.
• Growth mindset with ability to adapt quickly and leverage AI-powered tools for productivity.

• Build, refine, and maintain core features across the full stack, ensuring a polished, high-performance user experience.
• Develop and optimize the main application and internal Admin Interfaces including user management and billing systems.
• Implement high-fidelity UI/UX with pixel-perfect execution of product designs.
• Cooperate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate Figma designs into production code.
• Collaborate with another developer and QA team for integration, code quality, and deployment.
• Design and maintain significant, sensitive, and secure back-end logic and infrastructure.
• Maintain and update the company marketing website built on WordPress.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate the development lifecycle and optimize delivery speed.
