Senior Product Owner (k/m)

Lumicode Sp. z o.o. belongs to Pentacomp Group, a producer of IT solutions and provider of professional IT services for large enterprises and the public sector. Pentacomp has nearly 30 years of experience and develops innovative IT solutions. This position is for a long-term project with a UK client in the Media & Advertising industry.

• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in digital product development.
• Strong familiarity with Agile and Scrum environments.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into developer requirements.
• Effective communication and prioritization skills with various stakeholders.
• Ability to make product decisions based on business and user needs.
• Good organizational skills and capability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Nice to have:

• Experience in projects in the Media & Advertising sector.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Knowledge of modern product management tools.

• Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Define and develop product vision and roadmap.
• Support the team in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Monitor the effects of implemented changes and continuously improve the product.
