IT PMO Manager

• Knowledge of project management methodologies: PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe
• Experience in IT project portfolio management and PMO implementation
• Ability to work with KPIs, project reports, risk management, and stakeholders
• Leadership skills and ability to collaborate with management and project sponsors
• High communication skills, flexibility, and problem-solving orientation
• Proficiency with project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI

Nice to have:

• Experience in digital transformations and integration projects (ERP, CRM, e-commerce, B2B platforms)
• Knowledge of ITIL, TOGAF, or corporate architecture
• Business analysis and strategic project evaluation skills
• Experience in corporate or international environments and knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of the distribution industry

• Building, developing, and enforcing standards, procedures, and tools for IT project management
• Coordinating the project portfolio including prioritization, resource allocation, and organizational communication
• Monitoring project status and preparing reports for management/committees
• Identifying risks and problems, supporting their resolution at the inter-project level
• Supporting Project Managers with tools, training, mentoring, and competence development
• Collaborating with various departments (HR, Finance, Purchasing, Procurement, Supply, Trade, Logistics, Quality Control, Complaints, Transport, Retail, Contact Center, Pharmacy) to ensure consistency of project activities
• Supervising the project budget and effective resource utilization
• Evaluating projects after completion (lessons learned, business value analysis)
