Regulatory Compliance Centres of Excellence supports the Global Regulation Management Team (GRMT) providing services to ensure information quality and current regulatory compliance standards. The role collaborates with senior stakeholders including Heads of Regulation Management and the Global Business Lines (GBLs) across regions, working with teams in London, Bangalore, and UK/regional offices.
Wymagania
- Clear understanding of Regulation Management Framework and Enterprise-wide Risk Management Framework
- Knowledge of applications within the Regulation Management Eco-System, Project Management Tools, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Understanding of significant regulatory expectations, publications, engagements, and findings
- Experience in Banking Compliance, Regulatory Compliance 2nd Line of Defense role or Compliance Assurance/Audit function
- Proven ability to manage diverse and multicultural work environments with strong organization, time management, prioritization, and relationship management skills within regulatory compliance context

- Ensure regulation management frameworks support compliance with existing significant rules, regulations, and laws
- Enable readiness to comply with proposed or amended significant rules, regulations, and laws
- Take reasonable steps to address additional significant regulatory expectations and issues
