Lead Infrastructure Engineer with French

The Polish Global Delivery Center in Katowice has about 1,000 specialists working in areas including cloud, operating systems, virtualization, databases, backup, storage, networking, security, software development, data engineering, testing, CRM, ITSM, and ERP platform integrations.

• Strong knowledge of advanced automation platforms and technologies.
• Expertise in designing and delivering complex automated solutions.
• Experience in project studies, work package definition, and solution planning.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure architecture, operations, and service management.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, governance, and security frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
• Understanding of SLA-driven service delivery and operational governance.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to document processes and share knowledge effectively.
• Very good command of French and English (minimum B2) for daily client communication.
• Willingness for occasional business trips abroad and regular visits to the Katowice office.

Nice to have:

• TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification.
• ITIL v4.
• Additional certifications in Automation, Cloud, Security, or Infrastructure Architecture.

• Lead design, architecture, and implementation of complex automation solutions on enterprise platforms aligned with business needs.
• Manage studies, technical assessments, project planning, and provide effort, cost, and risk estimations.
• Oversee project delivery ensuring SLA compliance, quality, security, budget, and timeline adherence.
• Act as trusted advisor in governance meetings, solution reviews, pre-sales activities, proposal development, and solution scoping.
• Ensure governance of quality, security, data integrity, compliance, and promote continuous improvement in operational processes and automation.
• Lead, organize, mentor, and develop technical teams fostering knowledge sharing and growth.
• Collaborate with architects, transformation teams, vendors, and partners to evaluate technologies, validate solutions, and drive innovation.
• Monitor operational and project risks, manage escalations and incident responses, and provide strategic recommendations for infrastructure and automation optimization.
