Senior AI/ML Python Engineer

J-Labs is a company based in Kraków specializing in AI/ML and GenAI solutions, delivering scalable enterprise-grade artificial intelligence projects including forecasting, anomaly detection, NL2SQL, and chatbots.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software engineering, including over 3 years delivering production AI/ML solutions.
• Experience implementing and maintaining end-to-end AI systems including chatbots, AI assistants, or agent solutions.
• Expert knowledge of Python, software architecture, automated testing, APIs, microservices, and cloud environments.
• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of modern LLM models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral) and building GenAI applications.
• Experience designing RAG solutions and agent systems using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and Google ADK.
• Familiarity with classic ML techniques and frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience in MLOps, model monitoring, evaluation, and optimization.
• Practical knowledge of AI Security and AI Governance, and building scalable enterprise AI platforms.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions, managing architecture, development, deployment, and operational support.
• Design, build, and deliver production-class AI/ML solutions from concept to deployment.
• Create AI assistants, chatbots, agent-based workflows, and RAG-based applications.
• Design scalable data, AI, and cloud architectures.
• Develop APIs, front-end and back-end services, and corporate integrations.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps, monitoring, evaluation, and security measures.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
