Technical Digital Analyst (Adobe products)

Cyclad cooperates with top international IT companies providing cutting-edge technologies. This role involves working on an IT services project for an airline with office location in Warsaw, operating fully remote within Poland until the end of 2026 with possible extension.

• 3-4 years of experience in a technical implementation role within digital analytics
• Proven hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions - Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target
• Implementation experience with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK (Alloy) — data stream configuration, XDM schema mapping, event construction, identity and consent handling
• Implementation experience with Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDK — instrumenting native iOS/Android applications, SDK extensions, mobile properties, lifecycle and custom event tracking
• Practical experience delivering server-side measurement - Event Forwarding in Adobe Launch and/or other server-side solutions (server-side GTM, Conversions API)
• Strong experience with Tag Management Systems - Adobe Launch, GTM, or Tealium - including server-side deployments
• Very good command of JavaScript
• Working knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure preferred)
• Understanding of privacy and data protection regulations
• Ability to configure measurement solutions in line with privacy and consent policies
• English at minimum B2 level

• Implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Adobe stack: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Customer Attributes
• Implementation and maintenance of Web SDK / Mobile SDK based data collection, including XDM schemas, data streams, and identity management
• Design, deployment, and operation of server-side measurement, including Event Forwarding and custom server-side scripts for marketing channel performance measurement
• Writing technical measurement requirements and specifications for internal IT teams and external vendors (data layer definitions, event taxonomies, acceptance criteria)
• Development and maintenance of integrations between analytics tooling, Microsoft Azure, and other MarTech platforms
• Implementation of custom and third-party tracking scripts for marketing channels
• Participation in conversion rate optimisation and content personalisation projects (A/B testing, targeting, audience delivery)
• Close cooperation with development teams and CRO, UX/UI, SEO, Analytics, Performance Marketing, Data Science, and Product Management
• QA of implemented solutions, defect identification, and reporting to IT, regression testing after releases
