Service Desk Support Engineer

Sklepy Komfort S.A. is a leading interior furnishing brand present in Poland for over 30 years. The company offers comprehensive solutions for bathroom equipment, flooring finishing, doors selection, and kitchen and other interior design. They operate over 150 stationary stores and an online shop. The mission is to improve clients' quality of life by comfortably furnishing and renovating their homes and apartments.

• Good knowledge of Windows systems and basic troubleshooting
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365
• Administration of users and basic objects in Active Directory
• Basic knowledge of computer networks
• Experience in configuring and servicing printers
• Ability to create workstations using automated tools
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Driving license category B
• User-oriented attitude, patience, and high communication culture
• Polish language proficiency at least C1

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Linux
• Basics of PowerShell
• Experience with Jira or other ticketing systems
• ITIL knowledge
• Intune experience
• Experience with Citrix

• Handle end-user requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
• Diagnose and resolve problems in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
• Administer accounts in Active Directory and perform basic administrative tasks
• Create and prepare workstations using automated tools
• Set up workstations for new employees and support IT onboarding
• Configure and support printers and user hardware issues
• Provide basic network support for LAN, VPN, and connectivity
• Document solutions, maintain knowledge base, and ensure quality information for users and team
• Work according to ticket priorities, escalation rules, and incident management procedures
• Collaborate with other IT teams during escalation and incident closure
