Wymagania
- Experience as a Product Owner, business-system analyst, or combined role
- Ability to resolve chaotic, incomplete, or conflicting expectations into a thoughtful solution
- Strong understanding of business processes and their interdependencies
- Capability to think about systems in terms of data: entities, relations, states, and flows
- Skills in modeling and clearly presenting complex issues using diagrams
- Experience creating user stories in INVEST format and acceptance criteria (e.g., Given/When/Then)
- Proficiency in facilitating workshops and moderating discussions among diverse stakeholders
- Assertiveness and pressure resistance, including questioning assumptions and saying "no" with justification
- Independence, decisiveness, and diligence in completing tasks
- Ease in collaboration with both business and technical teams
- Experience working in an agile environment
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or event storming
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Figma or other prototyping tools
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Experience in projects spanning multiple business units
- Experience with functional acceptance and business-oriented testing
Obowiązki
- Collecting, analyzing, and organizing needs from various business units
- Building a coherent product vision and translating it into priorities and a backlog
- Identifying conflicting requirements and guiding stakeholders to a unified decision
- Organizing and facilitating workshops when requirement gathering alone is insufficient
- Mapping processes, workflows, entities, relations, and states within the system
- Establishing a common vocabulary between business and technology teams
- Preparing diagrams, flow mockups, and other materials to clarify solutions
- Writing concise user stories and clear acceptance criteria
- Prioritizing based on business value, dependencies, costs, and technical feasibility
- Actively participating in refinement, planning, acceptance, and validation of delivered features
- Ensuring alignment of solutions with business processes and data models
- Closely cooperating with development teams and project managers
